The Symphony Ballroom is the largest of the hotel’s function rooms and can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner, 180 for a dinner with a private dance floor and up to 300 for a cocktail party.
The Symphony Ballroom can be partitioned into three self- contained entertaining areas for smaller functions, providing considerable flexibility. The names of the self-contained entertaining areas are Allegro, Andante and Scherzo Suites and they can each accommodate 90 guests for a cocktail reception or 50 for a seated dinner.
Located on the mezzanine level of the hotel under a glass atrium roof, the Symphony Ballroom overlooks the lobby area within the hotel. The balcony outside the Symphony Ballroom provides the ideal setting for arrival drinks receptions and canapés before sitting down for the wedding breakfast or buffet.
The Drawing Room is ideal for smaller wedding parties. The maximum capacity of the Drawing Room is 22 guests for a seated dinner or 40 for a cocktail reception.
Located on the mezzanine level of the hotel and finished in subtle wood panelling, the room has an open fire-place and an atmosphere of a cosy dining room area within the hotel.
The Sonata Suite provides 144 square metres of state-of-the-art space and is ideal for banquets and elaborate weddings. The maximum capacity of the Sonata Room is 110 people banquet style.
The room is adaptable for a wide variety of events, from gala dinners to wedding receptions. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is accessible through the lobby area. The Sonata Suite is self-contained and has its own private bathroom facilities. The entrance area of the room provides the ideal setting for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails.
